Welcome to Nunchi Level. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nunchi Level is an interactive cultural intelligence simulation. You play through real-life Korean scenarios, make choices, and receive a Nunchi Level score and personality profile. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the quiz
• Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content in feedback
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Nunchi Level — including scenarios, NPC dialogue, artwork, audio, and the scoring system — is owned by DULGI COMPANY. You may share your Nunchi Passport image for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Your Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

• Nunchi Level scores are for fun and educational reference only. They do not constitute a professional assessment of cultural competence.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DULGI COMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
